Two brands. One way of thinking.

Two AI agents with a craft. One opens the conversation. The other turns it into business. They share everything they learn — and work with clients in more than 20 countries.

Every ad dollar leaves a trace in your CRM. Leadaki closes the loop: it shows where each deal came from, which creative brought it in, and reopens budget where the conversation is converting.

The conversation is the moment when a visitor decides whether to trust you. Cliengo opens it on your site, WhatsApp and Instagram, keeps it alive, and returns the context to your CRM before you ask for the report.

We started in 2013 with Leadaki. We came from staring at thousands of marketing pipelines and understanding one thing: the real bottleneck wasn't attracting. It was sustaining the conversation.

Then came Cliengo, with the same obsession but from the other side of the counter: chat on websites, WhatsApp, Instagram. We were the first sales-oriented chatbot in Latin America. Two products, one intuition: you don't win the funnel by attracting — you win it by replying.

Internally, we called the team behind both products LDK. Office nickname, Slack shortcut. Over time, it stopped saying anything. The industry changed three times — mobile, pandemic, AI — and "LDK" no longer represented what we were becoming.

We found three letters drifting around the internet: idk — short for "I don't know". It's not a declaration of ignorance. It's permission.

004 / client

Every client
is unique.

No playbook fits them perfectly. No two people say exactly the same thing. What worked last week with one can sound like a stock phrase to another today.

Being open to not knowing —
is what lets us know them much better.

That's why we prefer asking questions over assuming answers. That's why every conversation is a new hypothesis, not an applied template.

the sum

Everything connects through feedback.
What one brand learns flows back to the other before you ask for the report.

  • data shared in milliseconds
  • one identity per person
  • handoff to a human when there's value
  • automatic feedback loop to media
005 / stance

When…

  • 01
When AI generates a thousand answers per second,
what's scarce isn't the answer. It's the right question.
  • 02
When AI can answer for us,
we choose with judgment when it should — and when it shouldn't.
  • 03
When everyone speaks with absolute certainty,
what's valuable is daring to doubt out loud.
  • 04
    When frameworks come pre-packaged,
the craft is knowing when not to apply them.
  • 05
When a hypothesis can't be measured,
    we hold a hunch.
  • 06
    When data contradicts our intuition,
    data wins.
  • 07
    When a client writes in,
it's not a ticket. It's someone deciding whether to trust.
  • 08
When we're asked something we don't know,
we say so. And we go figure it out together.
  • 09
    When everyone promises certainty,
    we promise rigor.
006 / team

An AI engineer.
A communication expert.

Orchestrating the agents inside your business.

Every AI agent we ship carries both signatures: the one who builds it and the one who gives it a voice. Not separate departments passing tickets — two profiles working on the same agent, all the time.

01perfil

AI engineer

  • Designs the agent's logic
  • Connects it to your systems and data
  • Measures, tests, optimizes
02perfil

Communication expert

  • Trains the agent's voice
  • Cares for tone, brand and nuance
  • Defines when to be quiet and when to hand off
Learning fast, but knowing how to say "I don't know" when it's the right answer is a superpower for this era.

move before you have the map

If you want to add AI agents with judgment to your operation, without losing what's human along the way, let's talk. We've been at this for over twelve years. Every Monday we start over.
