Consulting
We understand your operation, identify where an AI agent moves the needle, and design the use case.
idk — internet shorthand for "I don't know"
If that's where you are, you're in good company. Since 2013 we've turned that "I don't know" into AI consulting and custom agents for marketing, sales and customer care — with the team that built Leadaki and Cliengo: 2,000+ companies and millions of conversations across 20 countries.

We design, deploy and operate your agents. End-to-end, with your team, no invisible handoffs.
We understand your operation, identify where an AI agent moves the needle, and design the use case.
We build the agent, train it with your brand and your data, and connect it to your systems — HubSpot, Salesforce, WhatsApp, Instagram, your site.
We monitor it, intervene when needed, and iterate on the real conversation.
We tell you what generated conversations, what generated sales, and where to reopen or cut investment.
No slides here: this is the team that built and runs two AI-powered marketing, sales and customer care companies. One opens the conversation. The other turns it into business. Everything we design for your enterprise was proven here first, with clients in more than 20 countries.
Performance and analytics for marketing and sales teams. Every ad dollar leaves a trace in your CRM: Leadaki closes the loop — it shows where each deal came from, which creative brought it in, and reopens budget where the conversation is converting.

Chatbots and AI agents for sales and customer care. The conversation is the moment a visitor decides whether to trust you: Cliengo opens it on your site, WhatsApp and Instagram, keeps it alive, and returns the context to your CRM before you ask for the report.
No playbook fits them perfectly. No two people say exactly the same thing. What worked last week with one can sound like a stock phrase to another today.
Being open to not knowing —
is what lets us know them much better.
That's why we prefer asking questions over assuming answers. That's why every conversation is a new hypothesis, not an applied template.
No playbook fits them perfectly. No two people say exactly the same thing.
Tomorrow, another. What worked last week with one can sound like a stock phrase today.
Being open to not knowing — is what lets us know them much better.
Every conversation is a new hypothesis. Not an applied template.
What the agents learn with one feeds the rest — without losing what's unique about each client.
Everything connects through feedback.
What one brand learns flows back to the other before you ask for the report.
And stays close from day one.
We don't ship an agent and walk away. We pair technical profiles who build the agents with people who understand your customer and your business — and we stay at your side while the agent learns, measures and improves. That closeness is what separates an enterprise project that scales from one that stalls.
Engineering that designs the logic, connects it to your systems and measures every interaction.
People who understand your customer — caring for the voice, the tone, the nuances of your brand.
At your side from the first agent. We stay close while it learns and improves.
When a client tells us "I don't know" the best part of the job begins: turning it into a plan.
We started in 2013 with Leadaki. We came from staring at hundreds of marketing pipelines and understanding one thing: the real bottleneck wasn't attracting. It was converting and sustaining the conversation.
Then came Cliengo, with the same obsession but from the other side of the counter: chat on websites, WhatsApp, Instagram. We were the first sales-oriented chatbot in Latin America. Two products, one intuition: you don't win a client just by attracting — you win them by responding.
Internally, we called the team behind both products LDK. Office nickname, chat shortcut. Over time, it stopped saying anything. The industry shifted three times — we saw the move to mobile, the pandemic, and now the AI revolution — and "LDK" no longer represented what we were becoming.
Changing just one letter of our name, we found the phrase that defines this era: idk — short in English for "I don't know". We didn't choose it because we don't know. We chose it because it's the phrase we hear most in every meeting: "I don't know how we're going to use AI". Our work starts exactly there.
Thirteen years of craft and we still walk into every operation without preconceptions. Not because we don't know — because assuming is the fastest way to get your business wrong. Experience sets the floor; openness finds your case.

If you're asked how your company will use AI and the honest answer is "I don't know", you're in the right place: that "I don't know" is, literally, our name. We've spent 13 years turning it into marketing, sales and customer care that work. Let's talk about your case.
